I need to buy new connects for bidding but its showing this error

Hi Vikash! Hope you will be fine.

Have you connected any Debit/Credit Card with the account and are you trying to purchase connects via card?

If yes, then make sure that that Debit/Credit Card should be linked to only one account. If crad is connected to more than one account, it results in error for connects purchasing and further it may result in account suspension for infinite time. So please make sure that the card you are using, has been linked to only one account.
