i got a client who is trying to pay me 25 us , with verified payment method, and a very good reputation ,
and he make the contract but when i m trying to accept the legend: This client's account is on a temporary hold. Once the issue is resolved, you can accept their offer .
i told him about the issue but he showed me a screenshot with the payment already done it . , so whats going on, i need an answer asap
please i need a solution, moderators can reach me on private to discuss about the client, but i need solve it as soon as possible

I've checked the client's account and can confirm that it's active and there's no restriction so this should not be the case. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
You can try and accept the offer afterward and let us know if the issue persists. Looking forward to your confirmation.

i 've tried what you said, different browser, different browser in incognito, but no . still the same . the message of a temporary hold on my clients account. please i need to solve this !

can you give me a call or something, i mean its a matter of a real contract and im keeping him waiting because i cant be sure if the payment is gone be ok or not , and i need to make a decision right now !

Hi! I'm having same exact issue as stated above. Client very confused as seeing no issue on their end and funded 1st milestone for fixed-price contract. But, when I go to accept offer, it states "This client's account is temporarily on hold. Once the issue is resolved, you can accept their offer." I've opened a support ticket with screenshots, but would love help ASAP as want to get contract started. Request #42303693. Thank you!!
