I am not able to see my public profile after verifying my identity . Is this an expected behaviour or bug from upwork or do i need to do something for this .

Hi all,
If you are experiencing this error, you are likely required to complete a verification process. Please make sure to visit your Identity Verification settings page and follow the steps provided. Once completed, your account will be resumed, and your profile will become available within 24 hours.
If the problem persists after that time, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can look into it.

Recently I received the identity verification badge but my profile is displayed as 'no longer available'. However, it is public.

I created my profile over a week ago and am still unable to access upwork. Everytime I login or even go to the website, I see this error pop up.

I cannot able to see my profile even though the profile visibility is public
I was logged into upwork after long time. I have completed my profile by updating the description, skills, experiences and all. But, when I tried to see my profile, it showing the message of "This profile is no longer available". Can someone help me to fix this please

Hey,
I just verified my ID and got the identity verified badge. My account seems to still work, no problem with it, I can still apply to jobs but I'm not sure why I am recieving a "This profile is no longer available" error everytime I click "See public view".
I already cleared my cache, used another browser, another device and still nothing.
I have set my profile visbility as "Public", but when I search on google and click on a link from another device of a friend's device it's private.
Can anyone please check if my profile is banned or something? I'm not entirely sure whats going on, I am pretty new to upwork and have been getting a whole load of errors. Anyone know whats going on?

Hi, Upwork community.
Thanks for the wonderful job the team keeps putting in and also your responsiveness. I have a myriad of issues
I've been trying to get my profile completion beyond the 75% mark but it doesn't happen.
1. I'm not able to add additional employment information as it gets greyed out and I can not save whatever information I add.
2. I tried doing verification but it doesn't get past the 'send sms' page, it keeps sending me a link and doesn't get past the same page.
3. When I try to view my page, it keeps showing me, "This profile is no longer available(attached is a screenshot of the error message).
I'll appreciate prompt response as this would be intrumental in building my profile and join the growing upwork community .

Hello Efetobore,
I checked, and it seems that your profile is not showing as available due to the verification requirements. If you are unable to complete the verification process and are seeing the same page as the one on your desktop, it's because of the settings of the mobile browser. I recommend that you set it to mobile view. If the issue persists even after doing so, kindly contact our customer support team with a video clip replicating the issue.
I also checked the concern with adding employment history and could not replicate the issue. Could you please let us know if you tried using a different browser or Incognito mode? If not, could you please try and let us know if the issue persists?

Hello,
I'm new here.
I have tried to verify my profile, and it seems the ID(passport) is good, it matches my country but something was not good with the selfie, (not sure what!!!) and I'm not able to redo it again.
My profile was suspended and I cannot work.

I neither used any other browser except chrome nor opened it in incognito mode. It still shows the same error. Attached the screenshot for your reference . However whe I click on find jobs ,I can see jobs and apply for them but whenever I log in I see this same error. I am not sure if the clients are avles to see my profile or not
