This profile is no longer available.

Hi Upwork Community ,

I am not able to see my public profile after verifying my identity . Is this an expected behaviour or bug from upwork or do i need to do something for this .

Kindly reply if you know anything.

Hi all,

 

If you are experiencing this error, you are likely required to complete a verification process. Please make sure to visit your Identity Verification settings page and follow the steps provided. Once completed, your account will be resumed, and your profile will become available within 24 hours.

 

If the problem persists after that time, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can look into it.

Hi Joanne, there's no link attached to your reply, but I tried to continue the verification through the settings page and I'm still experiencing the same issue.

Hi,

I am having the same issue. I got an email saying my identity was verified. I was able to even send proposal however when I am trying to view profile as public view it is saying 'this profile is no longer available'. I have clear cache and use other browser still the same. Can you help please.

This profile is no longer available , even after my profile is public. See public view not showing. Why is this happening.

Yes, your profile visibility may be restricted while we wait for you to verify your account. I checked your account and it appears that you have already submitted your identity documents. Please allow 1-3 business days for the team to review and update your account.

Hello, I am sorry to bother about the same issue but I just want to know if everything is ok with my profile?

I just submitet all the documets, got verified and now I cannot connect to my client for which I just finished a project. It says This profile is no longer available.

Please help.

I recently got my identity verified. Still, my profile is publically unavailable. I was asked for identity verification right after winning my first job. I completed the milestone and completed the steps for identity verification. A few hours earlier, I received an email that I had received an identity verification badge. Still, it's being shown that my profile is no longer available. I'm afraid that I might be unable to view my client's messages and withdraw my earnings.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your profile to become publicly visible again after completing the process. If after that time the issue still persists, please let us know so we can assist you further.

Please Help, i'm new on upwork, and i don't know how to solve this. My probles is the APPLY NOW button for the job are grayed, i'm also noticed that when i'm click public view for my profile, it said "THIS PROFILE NO LONGER AVAILABLE". What should i do? Thanks in advanced

Hello there,

I am trying to create a profile since the last 10 days. I somehow managed the identity verification (which took 5-6 attempts). It is showing completed now but I can't see my profile. It says that the 'Profile is no longer available.'
