This profile is no longer available.

Hi Upwork Community ,

I am not able to see my public profile after verifying my identity . Is this an expected behaviour or bug from upwork or do i need to do something for this .

Kindly reply if you know anything.

Hi all,

 

If you are experiencing this error, you are likely required to complete a verification process. Please make sure to visit your Identity Verification settings page and follow the steps provided. Once completed, your account will be resumed, and your profile will become available within 24 hours.

 

If the problem persists after that time, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can look into it.

Hi! My profile is showing unavailable even though it is set to public. I can not share my profile with prospective clients.

Hi,
I cannot turn on the availability badge. It seems my profile was made private. Please kindly make it public.
"You can't turn on this badge because your profile is set to private or unavailable."

Hello, I signed up and did everything I believe I am supposed to do and when I view my public profile it says

This profile is no longer available.

I tried to check it now, and it is showing publicly to Upwork users. Can you please try again after clearing your cache and cookies and let us know if the issue persists?

Hello community!

 

I'm Al Amin from Bangladesh. Recently we had an internet blackout problem across the country. After it was over I tried to log in to my Upwork account and couldn't do so. I'm still not able to log in to my account.

 

I only can see my project list (I had a bookmark in my web browser) and search for a job. But the job details are not available for me. I also can't see the job details. If I go to my profile it's also not available to see.

 

The major issue is, I'm also unable to submit an Upwork support ticket.

I checked and it appears that you will need to verify your account to make your profile visible. You can continue with uploading your documents from the Settings page.

Thanks for your response. I had uploaded my documents twice, but I still received the message after some time.
I had uploaded my identity card.

Arham, I checked and it seems that your previous submission has been rejected. To complete your verification more efficiently, you can refer to the tips section on this help page. You can re-upload your documents from the Settings page.

I recently verified my identity, and even though I have my profile set to public, in the public view the page just shows text that says "This profile is not available."

After successfully reverifying my account yesterday, I was asked to do it again. I have done it again just now. Upwork, kindly respond to this. 

If it isn't accepted, can I at least be provided with what went wrong so I'd know I wouldn't be making the same mistake again?

My account is suspended just after getting his first job he started varification of his profile and now profile is no more visible to anyone and it's suspended please help and get his account back!!!

Have you ever set this profile to "Private" or have you not been active for a long time?
