I am not able to see my public profile after verifying my identity . Is this an expected behaviour or bug from upwork or do i need to do something for this .

If you are experiencing this error, you are likely required to complete a verification process. Please make sure to visit your Identity Verification settings page and follow the steps provided. Once completed, your account will be resumed, and your profile will become available within 24 hours.
If the problem persists after that time, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can look into it.

I checked but was not able to replicate the issue. Here is a screenshot for your reference. Could you please let us know if you tried using a different browser or incognito mode? If not, could you please try and let us know if the issue persists?

I neither used any other browser except chrome nor opened it in incognito mode. It still shows the same error. Attached the screenshot for your reference . However whe I click on find jobs ,I can see jobs and apply for them but whenever I log in I see this same error. I am not sure if the clients are avles to see my profile or not

When I checked, your profile was showing publicly. Please try again using a different browser or after clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let us know.

I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my Upwork profile, which I can no longer view or access. I have an ongoing project with my first client, and I am deeply concerned that this issue may jeopardize the project and the work I've already completed.
This is my first client on Upwork, and I’ve worked hard on this project. I’m worried that if the client can no longer see my profile, they might lose confidence and decide to back out, which would be devastating after all the effort I’ve put into it.
Please help me resolve this as soon as possible, as I don’t want to lose the progress I've made. Help me to make it public.

I am unable to view my public profile after completing the identity verification process. Is this expected behavior, or could it be a bug on Upwork's end? Is there something else I need to do? Hello Upwork community,
I’m experiencing an issue with my profile. When I try to view it, I get a message saying "is not available," and I’m not sure why. I’ve been working with a client, and I’m concerned that this might affect my workflow and payments. I’m attaching a screenshot of the issue, as well as the link to my profile to see if it’s just a problem on my end.

I am continuously getting a notification from upwork regarding my identity verification. I have clicked and uploaded my selfie and ID proof twice but now I am getting a screen whcih says we have started a manual identification process. No one besides myself can view my profile. my clients are also facing this issue. I am getting messages from them that my profile is no longer available on upwork. I did not receive any mail from upwork that my profile will be disabled like this 😞 . Please guide me on how to proceed and resolve this issue. It is really hampering my work, communication and relationship with the client.

Hi moderator.
My profile is hidden or somehow in private because my client couldn't view my profile again.
I am thinking it is so because I am yet to verify my account. Unfortunately for me, I misplaced my Government ID so I am working on getting another. So till I get another it means I cannot verify my account.
I don't know if Upwork can help me restore my profile so I can continue with my work.

When I check my account by "see public view", My account is "This profile is no longer available."
I think this is because of identity cerification. but I have already been hired a job, and I want to communicate with my client.
So If my client can't see my account, I can't communicate and get paid...

Your account has been temporarily suspended, possibly due to identity verification issues. You should have received an email from Upwork detailing how to resolve this. It’s crucial to complete the identity verification to regain access to your profile as soon as possible. Meanwhile, your client can still communicate with you through Upwork messages, but you may not appear in searches or be able to work until the issue is resolved.
Contact Upwork Support directly to check the progress and ensure everything is on track.

I received an email for idenity verification and I uploaded the relevant documents; it's in process. And now whenever someone visits my profile, it says "This profile is no longer available." Is this normal that during the process of identity verification, the profile becomes unavailable?
