Hi Upwork Community ,
I am not able to see my public profile after verifying my identity . Is this an expected behaviour or bug from upwork or do i need to do something for this .

Hi all,
If you are experiencing this error, you are likely required to complete a verification process. Please make sure to visit your Identity Verification settings page and follow the steps provided. Once completed, your account will be resumed, and your profile will become available within 24 hours.
If the problem persists after that time, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can look into it.

Yes, since you are currently required to verify your identity, your account is restricted. I see that the team is currently reviewing your submission manually. Please allow 1-3 days for the review to be completed. The team will let you know if there’s anything else you need to do.

My profile says "This profile is no longer available" when I am trying to view it as public. The visibility is set to public too.

Hey Guys Help me!!!
A client who Hired me on direct contract but had to make changes to the contract could not re-hire me.
Yes, the account is new, it was created impromptu to work for the client.
I later submitted my Nigerian Voter's Card for Identification, And did the Liveliness Video. (Had to login from different divices because my Phone's android version is very old 7.1.1 So could not verify account using that)
Please Verify My account I am not a bot, neither malicious.
To Prevent Future Hassle I attempted editing the names automatically filled as my name from my email address, from Christianah Olaiya to CHristianah Agboola (That what my Bank Details Carry -- Change of Name due to Marriage)
I guess that messed up the whole verification process
