Hi,
I have a question that needs to be resolved in order to correctly receive funds from my bank. No answer for 6 days now. Literally no reaction. And I have no idea how long I should wait.
It's been a while since I've used Upwork support and I have to say I was very unpleasantly surprised. Apart from evasion answers from the robotic chat, which does not help me in any way, I can only wait for a completely indefinite amount of time for the solution to my issue, on which the withdrawal of funds depends. I would like to understand, is this some kind of annoying misunderstanding, or is Upwork support working like this now (without caring about their clients)?
