Time Tracker App Internal Upwork Error

I cannot install the Time Tracker. There is a pop up when I try to it says "Internal Upwork Error". I am required by my employer to use the time tracker but it does not work. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps on different forums here. I am currently using Mac OS 13.4.1. 

NEED THE TRACKER ASAP!

I tried everything mentioned in the support ticket but none of them works. I tried multiple times. This is getting annoying.
