Time Tracker not opening

Time Tracker not opening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Upwork desktop app about 20 times, however, every time I try to open it I am only able to see the "messages box" and am unable to see the time tracker window. Also I did was uninstall first, then I search "Upwork" on drive C. I deleted all the folder that named Upwork then reinstall the app. But time tracking not open. Kindly help me

Iam facing the same issue. Can't track time. Whenever i open time tracker it takes me to a blank new tab. I kept trying it multiple times but its the same.(Iam mac user)

Hi Michelle,

 

Asking users to enter CAPTCHA when we detect unusual activity is one of the tools Upwork uses to help ensure a safe online workplace. That said, it's not normal when CAPTCHA appears too often. Please, make sure that:
  • Javascript is enabled
  • Cookies are enabled
  • Your browser does not block ads
  • Your browser is not blocking Upwork analytical tools.

Hello I am having issues logging into the app. Like i keep clicking the log in button on the app and it's just there not opening
