Time tracked on a specific contract is not showing up in reports.
I previously used the time tracker, but when it didn't show I replaced it with manual thinking it was a glitch with the tracker. The manually added time still isn't showing.
I have had no indication that this contract is suspended. It shows up on the specific day in the work diary, but not the reports page.
Any idea of what I can do to be paid for this?

Hi Abigail,
I checked and do see some hours logged on your Work in Progress tab in Reports > Overview. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with a different browser to see if the issue persists? If so, could you please clarify which contract and hours, date, etc. you're referring to so we could check?

Tracked a whole 8 hours, but nothing was recorded on the app. I am so frustrated. With all the taxes Upwork deduct, these small issues should not be happening. I also tried getting support, but I guess no one is available. Anyone with a solution to my issue?
