This is driving me crazy, I tried all the suggested solutions without luck, not sure what are the next steps, I appreciate any help solving this issue.

I checked, and it seems like you have not completed your address information. Please log into your account, go here, and ensure you fill in all the requested details. If you still encounter any issues after doing so, please let us know so we can look into it further.
