Top Rated Plus Badge gone

Hi Upwork, I have a question regarding my badge. I got a Top Rated Plus badge on May 25 with an email confirmation from you. Upon checking now, I see that my badge is Top Rated again, and my earnings went down to $9783. I don't get it. Please help. Thank you
