Transactions is due and has not been paid

Hello,

 

Today I've requested to withdraw my Available money with a local bank transfer (with my HDFC)However, I saw that there is a message saying ''Transaction is due and has not been paid'. May I know the reason or issue? and when this get resolved ?

Rita,

That is Upwork's new feature (almost yellow colour) at transaction history to let freelance know about transaction. It means your withdrawal is yet to be processed. It will be okay tomorrow and you will be got an email.

I have the same issue today. How can this be resolved? I have tried 3 times it return the money without fee,it doesn't return fee $6 !
