Transferring USDs to my Egyptian account

Hi there,
I was wondering if I transferred my payments to my Egyptian bank account via wire transfer, would I receive them in USDs or EGPs? and if they were to be transferred in USDs, should I have a  Dollar bank account, or can it just be a usual EGP account, and if it would be transferred as EGPs, do you have any idea how to get my payments from Upwork in USDs in Egypt?
