Triple Charged for a Milestone

I recently hired a freelancer, and was dismayed to find I was charged THREE TIMES for the job.

 

It almost took my credit card into overdraft.

 

I am not a happy camper.

I would appreciate an immediate refund of two of the payments, and some assurance this won't happen again.
