US-incorporated agency Tax information while founders are not US residents

Hi Forum Members!

I have encountered the issue with filling out the information for my US-incorporated agency. 

Me and my founder do not live (and are not citizens of) in the US but our Agency is incorporated in Wyoming. While trying to fill out this information the system does not let us through if we select "I'm a non-US person". Please see the screenshot attached.

Upwork's support Bot is not being helpful at all with this. It seems that I am not able to declare my company under the US tax jurisdiction. Is there a way to do this If I do not live in the US?
