Unable to Boost Profile and Restart Boosting

Hello Upwork Team,

I am experiencing an issue with boosting my profile on Upwork. Despite my attempts, the boost is not restarting, and the system indicates that I owe 20 Connects. Additionally, I have 113 Connects in my account , but I am unable to continue or restart the boost.

Please find attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so that I can successfully boost my profile again?
