Unable to Buy Connects

Hello, I am facing a problem when trying to buy connects. I already added my card and after this there is a fee/charge deducted on my account. Now when I try to proceed on my payment on buying connects, there is an error "recent charge failed".

A fee/charge has already been deducted on my account so what is this error? I have already tried contact support which is basically just an AI (cant even talk with a real agent), and it says that this charge is deducted to verify my card and should also be returned. It was already deducted on my account so this should mean that verfication or authorization is successful. 

 

I would be glad to hear from you guys!

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about the trouble while purchasing Connects. In general, this happens when the transactions you’re attempting on your card keep being declined by the bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline.

Hi everyone I'm unable to buy connects with my card I used thesame card the last time I got connects and it worked so I don't no why it keeps declining and I need to work please 🙏 if you can assist I would appreciate.

Yeah, I also have the same issue. There is nothing wrong with my bank and I have tried other browsers as well. Some support will be appreciated.

same problem with buy connects, where you able to find a solution for this issue?

the payment went through from the bank poiunt of view, but is not reflected in the your system!

Hi there,

 

I tried to buy connect three times, three times the system tells me to that the operation did go through and asked me to refresh or check with the customer service

 

I see @ the bank the payment went through but nothing appeared in my account

 

Could you pls check?

Hello i'm facing this issue  ("Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again. If this issue keeps happening, contact customer support.") when I'm trying to buy connects. I'm trying from 2 days but I found the same issue. I have added my account and tried to pay differen method but I got same issue. Please solve this problem Asap. Help me.
