Unable to Login to Zendesk

I have a created a ticket but when i click on the ticket it ask me login of upwork.zendesk.com . I entered my credentials to verify but it keep asking me same again and again. I 'm not even able to reply on my tickets.

I don't know whom to contact now

Hi, I have the same issue on firefox developer edition.

here are the details
Browser/s used= Firefox Developer Edition
Browser version = 116.0b8
Machine's OS = Windows 11
Machines's OS version = Version 22H2 (0S Build 22621.2070)

Use Chrome. Couple of cookies cleanup then refresh. It works for me.

Thanks. I will do it for now but are there any plans for this to be resolved for the firefox users?
