Unable to add paypal as a payment method

Dear Upwork Team

I chose PayPal as my payment method, but I failed after trying many times. The reasons are: ‘Our records indicate that the payment method entered is already associated with the maximum number of accounts. Please add a different payment method.’

What should I do? I have no other payment method except PayPal.

Can I know the solution as soon as possible?
