Unable to change profile picture

I have gotten an email stating I need to change my profile picture, I keep trying to add a more suitable picture but whenever I press save, the save button just turns grey and the pop-up doesn't disappear. On top of that, the picture never changes.

Update. I tried a different picture and it worked but I do not understand why, I think the prior picture I was trying to use was a much better one in terms of more professional attire.  Could someone explain if it was auto-blocking the prior picture and why it would? it met the requirements.

No, none at all. The save button would just turn grey.

I did want to use a different picture and that wouldn’t work but I guess it us fine, thank you.
