Unable to close Agency "Close all open proposals associated with the company" but I don't have any

I'm trying to close the Agency related to my profile and I keep getting the message:

• Close all open proposals associated with the company

I have read the help related to the issue and I'm sure there are no proposals at all. I'm the only member as well.

Hi Mudassir, 

It looks like you have active candidacies on your agency profile. Please go to your proposals page, and withdraw the active proposals. Once done, please try to close your agency account again. Let me know if the issue persists.

Please withdraw all your active candidacies on your agency account by going to your proposals page, and withdrawing the proposals on the active tab. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Same issue with my account.

My account attached with 2 agencies - **Edited for community guidelines** When i try to delete, it shows message "Close all open proposals associated with the company" but i have no open praposals.
