Unable to close Agency "Close all open proposals associated with the company" but I don't have any

I'm trying to close the Agency related to my profile and I keep getting the message:

• Close all open proposals associated with the company

I have read the help related to the issue and I'm sure there are no proposals at all. I'm the only member as well.

I have been invited but it shows the message in the attached image.

Your agency is closed and I also checked your profile and can confirm that the correct agency is listed on your profile (second URL you've shared).
I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies so that your profile is updated accordingly. Thank you.

I am maintaining a freelancer profile,but at a time of profile creation I have done the mistake.

I have created a freelancer profile with agency as well.

I want to close my agency profile.

I have tried to close the agency profile through the process like

Setting--->Agency Profile---->Clicked on close my agency option,but whenver i click on close my agency profile,it is showing a message like (In order to close an agency, please contact customer service).

Please help me on this.

I have followed all the steps found in any helping documents to resolve my query but my button says to delete the Agency account, you must contact Upwork. Someone, please help.

Trying to close my account - however it says I am not the owner even though I am and to contact support. However the only option listed when submitting my inquiry is the community team.

I'd like to close the agency account (Discrete Edge) - it looks like I can use the existing freelancer account and just update my email address with my personal email.
