Unable to close Agency "Close all open proposals associated with the company" but I don't have any

I'm trying to close the Agency related to my profile and I keep getting the message:

• Close all open proposals associated with the company

I have read the help related to the issue and I'm sure there are no proposals at all. I'm the only member as well.

Hello, I'm unable to close my Agency which I created some time ago but never used.

When I choose "Close my Agency" in the "Agency Profile" it asks me to "Re-enter password" I type it in and click "Continue" then it just redirects me to the "Job Search" page and nothing happens, the agency remains open as before. I have unsuccessfully tried that multiple times in different browsers.

I need to close my agency and use it as a Freelancer account for now. Everytime I click on close my agency button it takes me back to home page of the agency profile. I do no have any contracts or members added. Can anyone help? Because of that I cannot apply for a job beside paying for agency subscription, which I don't wanna do that as of yet. HELP!!!!
