Unable to get an API Key

I have been trying to get an API Key for a week.

I have a verified account, when I click on the "Request API" button it says "Checking Verification Code" and takes me to the Job feed https://www.upwork.com/ab/find-work/. I have not received any email for the request, approval, or rejection. It has been 15 days now with multiple attempts.
