Unable to log in

I cannot login to my primary upwork account. Email address will be provided to upwork support when I am contacted.

I am using the correct email address and password but I get the message ''Username or password incorrect''. I am 100% sure the email address and password is correct. I have also tried to click on ''Forgot password?'' and I am supposed to receive instructions by email but no instructions are received.

I have tried to get in touch via Support but this is a complete joke with AI generated questions repeating and repeating - a complete waste of time. I need to communicate with REAL Support so we can get the matter resolved.
