Unable to login due to old account - Upwork has my phone number affiliated with the old account

Hi there, 

I'm trying to create a new Upwork account with a new email. When registering my new account with my phone number it is stating the phone number is affiliated with another account. I had an account under a different email and do not have the Upwork password for that login. When I try to use "forgot password" Upwork says the account doesn't exist so I'm unable to login to deactivate the old account. Can you please assist with fixing this issue? My old account email login was **Edited for community guidelines**and this needs to be deleted along with the phone number associated with it. I am trying to activate **Edited for community guidelines**with my phone number. Can you please get back to me on this as soon as possible to rectify this issue?
