Unable to reach support

We are unable to create a support ticket through the support pages so we can submit a new dispute, there is no contact email to reach out to, neither is there an option to create a ticket, the chat bot was not helpful, I wonder if this is a bug or something is wrong, finding it very difficult to reach Support as a Client, the only contact I could reach was the Support phone number, please help
