Unable to send proposals

Hi!
I'm unable to send proposals. When I click the green "send proposal" icon, it just keeps loading on and on, and doesn't open to the next page. I've checked my network, it's not a network issue.

Hi Abigail,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your account but I can't seem to replicate the issue. Could you please try clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history and retry sending proposals? Please let us know if the issue persists.
