Unable to stop boosting my profile

Even if I click on "stop boosting profile" it automatically turn on again. Could you help me please?

Try resetting durations etc to Zero values. Force it to not add them!

Hello, I've been trying to turn off the boost profile option on my upwork profile but anytime I off it it always come back on again

I can't stop and activate the boost profile option, it just tells me that the profile is already boosted.

I've tried logging into Upwork using multiple methods and none of them work.

Hello 

I started boosting my profile, setting connects per click and total connects, as required. Now, I wanted to change the speciality in the search categories for skills where my profile boost was applicable, but I am not able to switch off the boosting I set up earlier. I switch it off, and try to boost again with the required changes, and it just tells me your profile boosting is already going on. Has anyone faced this problem, or am I doing not doing it right?

Also, as a follow up question while I am at it, how helpful is boosting in improving visibilty and getting hired. I initially noticed an significant improvement in "impressions", but lately that is also not showing promising results, even though I received rising talent badge.
