Unable to submit a proposal, when I click on the button it will redirect to the same page again and again.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked but I was unable to replicate the issue you experience. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if the issue persists? 

If the issue persists please share a screenshot from your end so that we can assist you further.
