Unable to upload images in project catalogue

Hello,

I attempted to upload photos to a new project I am creating and received this prompt: "The image you selected does not fit the allowed dimensions. Use an image between 1000px (width) by 750px (height) and 4000px by 4000px".

I then adjusted the size of the photos to the allowed dimensions and still, I can't upload.

Please help!
