Unable to use connects

I am not able to use the connects to submit proposals.

Hi Jigar,

I can see that you're an Exclusive member of your agency, this means that you will only be able to submit proposals through your agency and using the Connects you have available with that account. If you wish to submit a proposal through your individual freelancer account and use the Connects from it, you will need to set yourself as a Non-Exclusive member of your agency.
