Upcoming transaction: Payment from Upwork Escrow

Hi,

I transferred amount from my Upwork account to Payoneer which deducted from Upwork successfully but showing as "Upcoming transaction" in my payoneer account for 15 days. Clinet has paid the amount successfully. How can I please send this amount from upcoming transaction to my Payoneer account?
