Upwork API Access Submission

We're looking to submit an application for API access. Whenever we try to make a submission, we get redirected to a page stating that we have an expierd link. We've also recieved no emails from upwork regarding the application. I'm aware the application can take up to 2 weeks to process, however, it doesn't look like we've even been able to apply.

We've applying from differnt accounts under our agency, but get the same results.

Any assistance on the proper channle to apply for API access through would be greatly appreciated.

"we get redirected to a page stating that we have an expired link" - this means that you will need to re-do identity verification, been through this in December. Upwork - it will be really, really nice if you can show a meaningful error message instead!
