Upwork Desktop App doesn't show up on Ubuntu Linux 20.04

I tried both upwork_5.6.10.13_amd64.deb and upwork_5.6.10.15_amd64.deb (beta) on Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS but the app doesn't run. Does the app have a log file somewhere so that we can investigate the issue?

Upwork icon is shown on the system tray but there is no way to make the app show up. Left and right clicking the icon only show 4 options: Settings, Help Articles, About and Exit.

Hi Hung,

Thank you for your message. Could you please click the 'Exit' button from the system tray and try reloading the Desktop App again? You may also want to restart your system to check if that helps.
