Upwork Help Re: Reversal Notification: Upwork Hourly Protection

i have worked for a client and now one day before my payment, Upwork sent me this email.

i have already worked for my previous clients using manual time. idk what happened this time? now i can't even message my client .. odk what he did, his account is showing "suspended " as message. i got scammed and upwork should be aware of this and they should gove my hard earn money back!!!
