Upwork changing for the worst

So what is the deal? Upwork 2 years ago was amazing, great setup, great communication, just great platform. Now they charge for job posts, make some insane connect system to make even more money, then charge a flat 10% across the platform which destroys the incentive to make these long term relationships they told us to build in the first place. 

On top of all that they have no phone number and no live chat ... just a dumb bot that says someone will respond within 2-3 days ... which has to be a JOKE!

This platform is becoming trash and I hope someone can give me answers otherwise I have to leave.

I've been on this platform for 11 years now and it only gets worse. It used to be 3% fee then went to 18%, I'm happy it's at 10% now. Not much you can do. It's extortion.
