Upwork doesn't want to link with my Payoneer account I called the bank and nothing wrong with my card so could fix that for me.

The error is:

Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account.

I have made sure the name of in my Upwork and  Payoneer are the same and I have also cleared the caches and cookies on my browser.
