Upwork fee Reduction How it work?

Recently I have earned more than 500 dollars so far but i have not recived any fee reduction notification or mail from them yet. Now how will I know if my fee has been reduced in the new Milestone?

Hi Abdul,

That is correct. For your ongoing contract, you should see a reduced fee for your next milestone payments. As a reminder, beginning May 3, 2023, Pacific Time, the freelancer service fees will be 10% for all new contracts regardless of the contract value.
