Hi all. I've been having an issue with my payment method. I had added my debit card to buy connects and use it, but stopped working, I can't even remember why ( I think I was using Upwork from my cell for the first time, something like that). Since then it was impossible to add a new card, and I get "We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank" "Financial transactions for XXX have been limited". I tried different browsers, I called my bank and Banelco and everything is fine with my card. I tried to talk to an agent recently and the support email is not working anymore, and the chatbot is driving me crazy. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong or how to contact support?
