Upwork keeps rejecting my payment (2nd time)

Hi, please this is the second time my upwork payment to local bank is being rejected and funds being returned back to my account. The error says invalid bank details but I've honestly checked all my details and all is fine on my end. Please can I know what details? Or what exactly the problem is?

You can also view and respond to the email notification sent to the registered email address to reopen the support request. Note that support requests are responded to in the order they are received. Hi PradeepH, this issue still hasn't been resolved. It has been over a month but I believe it hasn't been resolved because I've not had proper time. I now do. Upwork keeps saying payment rejected by my bank. However, I've confirmed that my bank has no hand in this as I''ve been to the headquarters thrice and they have exhausted every possible resource. Within this time there are other Nigerian Upwork freelancers that have been able to collect their payment through the same bank that I use. I believe the problem is from your team. Today I tried to withdraw again and saw another first name + my surname on my 'name of account' section also. I want you to please look into that. Has there been a mix up? Is that the problem? If you need me to please provide documents to do a name verification all over again so my name is corrected and matches perfectly with my bank name I will. Please I need this issue resolved this week. I need that money in my local bank. Each time I try collecting payment, they also take charges without actually paying and this has reduced my money a bit. I am tired please. Upwork please help locate the problem today and tell me how we can solve this. I need my money.
