I have tried multiple times to contact customer support, both via live chat and through raising a ticket, but have yet to receive a response or assistance.

I am concerned because I am expecting payments from my clients as their earnings security periods are about to end. I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue to avoid any further complications.
