I am having trouble with my account. It says "User has no permissions to perform action access_rooms" when I enter messages. I have never seen this before and I do no tknow the root cause. Can some one from support assist me?

I'm having the same problem, and the chatbot has been no help at all. No one has changed my permissions (I have confirmed with my colleagues), and I get the message: 'User has no permissions to perform action access_rooms' whenever I try to access a job by clicking on an email sent by the freelancer. Please help!!
