Verification email not received

Hi dear,

I didn't receive any verification email even after re-sending it so many times
Can you please help me with this ?

But unfortunately I didn't get an email for an ID verification interview til this day. So my account is not verified.

Please, could you tell me what's the issue?

Thank you for following up. I checked and it doesn't look like you are required to complete any verification process at the moment. Only earning freelancers are eligible/required to earn the “Identity Verified” badge. If you become eligible/required, we will notify you when you log into your Upwork account.

What do I need to do in order to be required to earn ID verification? Because I've been waiting for the email with ID verification for 6 months now and have sent plenty of proposals to clients. It's impossible to get the offer without it. So please, help me to solve this problem.

I have tried following your advice, but I still do not see the email. Please assist

Please make sure you entered the correct email address, check your inbox and spam folder, and if you can't find the email use the option to re-send it. If that doesn't help, please enter an alternative email address.

I have the same problem. I've already checked my "Spam" and "Junk" folder - they are empty. Tried to re-send verification e-mail and change my e-mail - no success. Please help me

I have submitted multiple requests to have a email resent to my email to verifiy so I can continue to register my profile, but with no luck, could you please help me.
