Hi Joanne,
I’m unable to hear any sound for the videos on your website, including the learning videos. The volume is turned up, but there is no sound coming through.
Additionally, I noticed that all the work history I added to my profile yesterday seems to have disappeared. There’s no option or button to add anything in that section anymore.
Also, it incorrectly states that I’ve been in the military, which is not true. I can’t find a way to correct this issue—could it be a glitch, or is there a possibility my account has been hacked?

Could you please try in incognito mode and/or another browser? Additionally, you could try clearing your cache and cookies. I suggest as well to try restarting your computer. If the issue persists, please share with us the specific video link for our team to review this further.
Regarding your Work History, it appears that you are referring to your Employment history. Here is a screenshot for reference. I’d like to let you know that the Work History section is where Upwork’s ongoing and completed contracts are displayed automatically (within 24 hours) after a payment of at least $1.00 and are already available for withdrawal. For more information, you can visit this helpful page.
What you're seeing on your end is the option to add Military Veteran status. Note that your public profile does not display that you're a Military Veteran. You can confirm this by clicking the "See Public View" option when you visit your profile.

Many thanks, Donna, for your reply and for helping to clarify all the details. Yes, I think there was a glitch on my profile, so only a few things were showing. It helped me loging out and in of my account. The videos on the short courses page still don’t have sound. Could you please check the link I am sending you? Thank you again.
