Hi! I have been trying to hire freelancers but all my visa cards were rejected by Upwork. Upwork asked me to check with the Banks issuing the cards. I got results that the banks were fine and everything worked great. But Upwork still couldn't accept the payment.
Please.. it annoys me so much. Moreover with the bot that kept asking and giving the same things and suddenly disappeared without giving me any solutions. There were also some agents also asked this and that, the problem isn't solved but the request is considered closed everytime I asked.
Why should we, the clients, get any of these unnecessary problems?

Hi Nikola, the solution worked fine only for some time, then it got error again after hiring another freelancer.
Now my balance deducted twice:
1. For $35, for cancelling the offer since the freelancer suddenly thought her previous bid was too low.
2. Fro $35 I don't know what it is for.
I just want to cancel an offer but why Upwork charged me twice the price? I have the bank history
This made me really upset as I have to struggle with your keep-error payment system, error ticket support check and others.
