Waiting for Connection

Hi,

 

I keep getting waiting for connection error on my messages and I cannot send any messages. My connection is fine, I have tried on other browsers and devices as well and nothing is working.

do the following, please.

  1. clear your browsing history, log out, and then log in again.
  2. try to connect with a stable internet connection.
  3. if you are using the app uninstall and re-install it.
  4. if still there is an issue please contact the Upwork support team.

I shake hands with google during getting approval from google Adsense or faxing any issue related to an Adsense account so we (me and google) cooperate with each other.
The Interesting thing is that I have eager to find solutions for problems in my field that don't have any solutions till now.

having this same error now, did the items abbove work?   I've tried and still have the waiting for connection via web browser, downloaded and installed the app and get error

Thank you for reaching out to us and reporting this. I am sorry to hear about the trouble accessing the Upwork website. Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser.

 

For the Upwork Desktop App, you may want to try uninstalling and installing it again, then log back into your account. Let us know if the issue persists with a screenshot of what you can see from your end; we'll look further into that for you.
