Hello,

I'm having an issue sending my first proposal. It keeps on saying "We were unable to process your proposal due to missing address information. Add your full address."

I checked the community forum here in Upwork and have added the relevant information to my tax info and cleared my cache, cookies, and tried two separate browsers. 

Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated, I was trying to submit my first proposal and was unable to complete it. Thank you!

Hi Marjorie,

Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of your current browser? You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

Thanks for reaching back. I tried using a different browser or the incognito mode of my current browser but I'm still getting the same error. I already tried clearing my browser’s cache and cookies but still got the same message.
